炎炎夏日，高温持续。为切实关心关爱奋战在生产一线的员工，进一步发挥党建引领作用，做好高温季节员工关怀和安全保障工作，近日，斯普威尔党支部联合EHS安全管理团队开展”夏季送清凉”活动，将企业的关怀送到生产一线，为员工送去夏日清凉与暖心关爱。

活动期间，慰问小组深入钣金车间、装配车间等生产一线，为坚守岗位的员工送上矿泉水、清凉饮料、防暑降温药品等慰问物资，并结合高温天气作业特点，宣传防暑降温知识和安全生产注意事项，提醒员工科学安排作息时间，落实劳动防护措施，增强高温作业安全意识，确保安全生产、健康工作。

一份清凉物资，传递一份组织关怀；一句暖心叮嘱，凝聚一份奋进力量。收到慰问物资的员工纷纷表示，将把组织的关心关爱转化为工作动力，以更加饱满的精神状态投入岗位工作，全力保障产品质量、安全生产和订单交付。

Saipwell Launches Summer Care Initiative for Frontline Employees

As temperatures continue to rise during the summer season, Saipwell remains committed to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of its frontline employees. To help employees stay safe and comfortable while working in high-temperature environments, the Human Resources Department, together with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Team, organized the annual “Summer Care Initiative”, delivering cooling refreshments and heat-relief supplies to employees across the production workshops.

During the activity, the care team visited the sheet metal workshop, assembly workshop, and other production areas, distributing bottled water, herbal beverages, and other cooling supplies to employees working on the front lines. Team members also communicated with employees about working conditions during hot weather, reminding everyone to stay hydrated, take appropriate breaks, and follow heat stress prevention measures to ensure both personal well-being and safe production.

Every bottle of water represents the company’s appreciation, and every word of encouragement reflects Saipwell’s commitment to its people. Employees expressed their gratitude for the thoughtful initiative and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality, workplace safety, and on-time delivery throughout the busy summer production season.
